Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from receiving your confirmation email. 

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped with tracking details.

SHIPPING RATES
Complementary shipping nationwide Australia and New Zealand.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times will depend on your location. Metro typically 2-4 business days and regional typically 5-7 business days. 
All rugs will be shipped using DHL or TGE (depending on service area) during business hours between Monday and Friday.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.
